The last time I loaded the page, there was just a picture of Tony Clifton (or a guy dressed as Tony Clifton-- if there's any difference) surrounded by Bunny Ranch girls. Either someone hacked the site and put in the new pics, or this is the blogger/pseudo-Andy trying to gross everyone out. Mission accomplished, friend, but I know the Real Andy wouldn't have done that.

Jesus. I made the mistake of scrolling down before visiting your site. I haven't been "goatsed" in years.

Btw, that sort of thing is what happens when someone uses an image that is linked from another person's server. The linker is basically stealing bandwidth (thus, money) from the original image hoster. Swapping out images while keeping the same image name will cause anyone displaying the original photo to get the uppdated shot. It's a prank that is supposed to teach a lesson. Unfortunately the victim is usually the innocent visitor, not the blog poster.

I just found the courage to look up who Andy Kaufman really was. Being born in '87 i don't know, but i was quite sure he didn't do that...

The pics have been fixed now. The previous pics were utterly disgusting. There is no mention of an apology for the gross pics that were there before, so maybe it was intentional as some sort of sick gag?

Georgina, go rent the Jim Carey movie called "Man on the Moon". You'll learn all about the hillarious, annoying and absurd life of Andy Kauffman. Then you'll have to wonder if his biggest prank ever is currently unfolding as we speak.

On another note, he isn't limiting comment size, so a "BlancoSuave" posted the entirety of the Great Gatsby in his message boards, which is funny, annoying, and quite in the Andy spirit.

Well, you're a year older than I am and I never have been a big fan of SNL and his part on Taxi (which I watched in reruns) wasn't that big or deep (I actually enjoyed Tony Danza and Christopher LLoyd much more) and I never saw his standup, so the movie "Man in the Moon" was my first "real" exposure to him and I thought he was halfway between hillarious genius and derranged lunatic. I then watched his old archived stuff and laughed my fool ass off.

Andy Kaufman was the kind of guy who if he wasn't being a professional entertainer, would probably be attempting to assassinate world leaders, or blowing up school busses.

I think the best evidence that this is not real is where it says "Here I am in the Tony Clifton character".

I don't think Tony Clifton was ever a "character" in the world of Andy Kaufman. He was Tony Clifton.

I also don't think he'd be ranting about the "liberal media." He was never really political at all, and the problem in his day was that the media wasn't "liberal" enough (in the classic sense of the word).

Don't you think that a guy can change in 20 years? Have you? I know I have, of course 20 years ago I was 8, but even your father and mother can attest to the fact that they have as well.
